Key Responsibilities Guide parents and students through the admissions process, making the experience positive, straightforward and engaging throughout Build an understanding of each family’s needs and interests throughout the Parent Experience Journey Drive conversion at each stage of the pipeline by maintaining a focus on ‘closing’ towards the next step Ensure that the school’s brand and core messages are integrated throughout the Purchase process Support the Head of Admissions throughout the re-enrolment process to optimize the retention of existing students and families Ensure the school’s admissions processes adhere to any group policies and local market regulations Manage data capture and lead management through iSAMs currently and our CRM system when this launches Provide appropriate feedback and best practice share to other members of the Admissions and wider school team Take a proactive approach to personal development planning using company toolkits and procedures as appropriate Implement NAE brand and campaign materials in the school Support the Regional and Central Digital Marketing team to optimize the development of the website and demonstrate leadership for the school at every stage of the parent online research journey Develop a content strategy for the school and an ongoing pipeline of content that can be used year-round to inspire, engage and inform all relevant internal external stakeholders including parents, students, staff and alumni Execute the school content strategy across all school communication channels including News and social Media Develop the photography and videography repository for the school, ensuring the highest standards are adhered to in line with global guidelines and school aesthetic quality Build the school online community through social media, driving both followers and engagement(share and comments) Ensure that all current parents and kept up to date on school news and information Working with the School MAC Leader, lead the PR and media strategy for the school Organize and arrange external activities of the school, such as school open day, exhibitions and etc.主要职责: 引导家长和学生完成招生过程,使其积极、直接且引人入胜 在整个家长体验之旅中了解每个家庭的需求和兴趣 推进每一个招生阶段的程序,对每一个流程的结束予以关注 确保学校的品牌和核心信息在整个招生过程中给予体现 在整个重新招生过程中支持招生负责人,以优化现有学生,提高留校率 确保学校的招生流程遵守任何团体政策和当地市场法规 通过 iSAMs 和 CRM 系统管理数据采集和潜在客户管理 向招生和其他学校团队的其他成员提供适当的反馈和案例分享 合理使用工具包和程序,采取积极主动的个人发展规划 学校内部活动及材料实施按照NAE品牌要求。 支持区域和数字营销团队优化学校网站,在家长在线搜索的每个阶段为学校展现良好风貌及形象。 制定学校全年市场内容及活动战略,并建立及开发持续的拓宽渠道,激励、吸引和通知所有相关的人员,包括家长、学生、员工和校友。 制定学校全年的在传播渠道的内容策略,包括新闻,社交媒体及新媒体。 为学校开发摄影和录像库,确保输出的内容按照NAE指导方针及要求,高标准高质量。通过社交媒体建立学校的在线社区,提高关注者和参与度(分享和评论)。 确保所有家长及时了解学校的新闻和信息。 与学校市场招生负责人合作,领导学校的公关和媒体策略。 组织安排学校的对外活动,例如学校招生活动,展会等。The ideal that candidate will be/have: Bachelor’s Degree and above Minimum 3-4 years working in a marketing team/environment (agency or client side) Good cross-cultural, interpersonal
